Daisy Bear

We had a visitor this weekend as it was my turn to have Daisy bear home from nursery for the weekend. Luckily Daisy is a cuddly toy and not a real bear!

I've made sure she has done lots of things with me. We took Roxie for a walk...

and went to the swings...

let her have breakfast with me...

played with the bricks...

and read a bed time story for her!!

I also took her to meet Grandma & Grandad.

Sanjay & Kavitha come to visit

Sanjay & Kavitha have been to see us this weekend.

I enjoyed chasing Sanjay round town on Sunday and he was very good at reading my bedtime story as Daddy was playing cricket.

I enjoyed jumping in the mud & puddles as we went for a walk to Forge Dam this morning to build up and appetite for lunch!

I really enjoyed all my chicken nuggets, chips & beans!!

My Birthday!!

It was my 2nd birthday last week! I had lots of nice presents, although I still want to play with them as soon as I have opened them so it took quite a while to get through them all.

although I think Daddy is enjoying them nearly as much as me!!

On Saturday lots of people came round for a party.

I helped look after the babies Noah and Joe

I played with Chris

and Emma & Hannah

And then blew out the candles on a huge birthday cake!!

Visiting Great Grandad

We went to visit Great Grandad in Nottingham on Thursday.

I showed Great Grandad the trolley I built with Daddy

Grandma, Great Auntie Sue & Uncle Ken came round and we all went out for lunch.

In the afternoon Auntie Linda came round...

and Chloe came to play when she had finished school.

We checked out Auntie Linda's music

As it was my birthday Grandma had bought me (another!) birthday cake!

Eureka

Mummy & Daddy took me to Eureka the Children's museum this week as they were both on holiday.

I had lots of fun driving the car...

picking up some shopping at the supermarket...

giving orders at the quarry...

& finding out all about teeth.

Mummy also tried out a new job!!!
